Complaints

At St. Cuthbert's we would always hope to solve or resolve any issues as quickly and professionally as possible. In the first instant we would ask that you go to your child's class teacher with your concern. If they cannot help then please seek a member of the send team and we promise to get back to you as soon as we can if we cannot see you immediately.

If after you have seen one of the SEND team and then Mrs Hobbs and you are still not happy then put your complaint in writing and ask the office to pass it onto Mr Andrew Byrne-Smith, the school governor for responsibility with SEND in our school.

You also have the option of contacting SENAR or seeking advice from a body called SENDIAS. Both are found on mycareinbirmingham.org.uk
