Milo

Milo is St Cuthbert's friend, he is our school dog and belongs to Mrs Hobbs.

Milo comes into school a couple of days a week and he loves the children and staff of St Cuthbert's. He greets children and parents on the gate in the morning and afternoon.

He goes out to play with Year 5 and 6, they take it in turns to play throw and catch with him.

Milo also helps some children when they are feeling sad, angry or upset. Children can come and spend a few minutes with Milo, because he loves to be stroked and given a treat.

Milo has had lots of training - Mrs Hobbs took him to training classes when he was a puppy, Mr Hobbs takes him to dog training now and he even had special training at school from The Dog Mentor

Milo makes everyone smile, whether he is in Year 6 when Mrs Hobbs is teaching, visiting the ladies in the office to see if Mrs Akhtar will give him a piece of toast or outside being stroked by Reception or playing with Year 5 and 6.
